Thinking about my old primary school days were really quite touching.
Everyday when the bell rang, I would run to the canteen where my bus would be waiting and then buy myself something to snack on in the bus. The bus aunty takes special care of me. For some reason. Then I would alight at my little stop and then drag my tired feet home. I still remember the warm breeze blowing lightly at my skin as I walked towards my block. It felt so good. Then again, when we had rememdials, me, and my two best friends, Jun and Kimmy, would run over to the nearby 7-11 to get cup noodles each, poking the noodles every now and then to make sure they were cooked more quickly. We only had half an hour to rush over, buy and eat it all up. So we literally forced ourselves to drink the boiling hot soup cause there was no time. It was the gossip that I remembered most. We would pass papers all around the class and then read. Some giggled, some cried. We also got caught by the teacher, of course. Getting scolded's kinda fun. But friendship problems always arise during the final year, for some reason, that makes you and your friend drift further away. Maybe this is good, for one reason. After all, all best friends have to part. But I'm really glad to have met some of the good friends over there, who played with me when I was bored, helped me when I was in trouble. Some gossiped about me, but then admitted in the end. I guess this is the kind of person that I like. rather than choosing to spread rumours about me, she chose to talk to me. Good. This is one of the reasons SHE became my best friend. Thank you oh-so-much. I would go out with her often, swim with her, or sometimes just meeting up aimlessly to talk. But its the silliness that makes it memorable, isn't it? Until now, I still wish I was back there, in my old school. Everything seems so jolly there. But I like my friends now, I guess. Secondary school seems really scary. You just have to know how to survive in there. Unknowingly, you might just offend someone and the consequences might be dire. You are also opened to many temptations. Boys? Girls? For me, study is the first and most foremost. Nothing comes more important than that. Well, I guess its not much of a use saying all this now. Afterall, I didn't really cherish the moments I had in my primary school. All I can do now, is to make my stay in Secondary school, memorable so it'll be something good to look back on.
